... realised just how tiny the new puppy is...

I always told Lulu she'd be a big dog one day.

Shes getting more used to him but shes had to have a go at him twice to stop trying to feed off her nips..!

Funnily enough im just ranting about lulu. My knob of an ex girlfriend has now decide that after letting me have the dog for three years she wants her back and as lulus in her name there is fuck all i can do about it.

Very angry.

Can't you just tell her that Lulu got run over 7months ago, and so is not in your keeping anymore? Surely 3 years gives you custody of her?

Today i blanco'ed a load of kit. Hopefully it'll be dry for Crich.

Also got the seized piston out of the Ural, and found it needs a new barrel, as water's got in and f*cked one.

If it's only corrotion damadge, can't you get it bored out and fit in a +20 (or +40 if the pitting is heavy) piston? It'll be cheaper than getting a whole new barrel and piston set.

The piston's recoverable, but the water damage has actually cracked the barrel, so no. If it was boreable, i'd do it myself, we've got two lathes and a bridgeport milling machine in the garage. It's mildly frustrating, but not unexpected, after all, it was free.

If this ebay supplier that i've just bought a bunch of gaskets and parts is reliable, i'll probably pick up a full set of pistons, rings and barrels off him for £140 posted.
